Capital Improvements at 112 West 34th Street - Rendering and Description
April 16, 2008
|
Description of Rendering
The second phase of an $80-million capital improvement program is well underway at W&H Properties' 112 West 34th Street. Included in this phase is the installation of a new, sleek, modern and energy-efficient glass curtain wall with operable windows (shown here), renovated and air-conditioned public corridors, and upgraded restrooms. The first set of corridors and bathrooms has recently been completed.
The program’s first phase centered on the renovation of the property's stone and marble lobby, which now features a new undulating ceiling raised from 15 to 30 feet in height, a state-of-the-art security desk with concierge services, and new building entryways on 34th and 33rd Streets.
